    For individual visitors, bookings may be made on www.toureiffel.paris.
    For groups, booking is essential on www.toureiffel.paris.

     
  • Refund requests for tickets bought online

    Would you like to send us your refund requests for tickets you have bought using our online ticketing facility? Please, follow the directions provided on our contact page.

     
  • Is the Eiffel Tower closed on Tuesdays?

    No, it is open every day of the year, without exception, even on public holidays.
    Opening hours: The Tower is open from 09h30 to 23h00 and from 09h00 to midnight from mid June to the end of August.

     
  • Can you climb right to the top using the stairs?

    No. It’s only possible to climb to the second floor using the stairs. From the second floor, lifts take you up to the top.

  • Are teachers able to benefit from free entry?

    Yes, under certain conditions, the leaders of groups of young students benefit from free offers.

     
  • Is the Museum Pass Card accepted at the Eiffel Tower?

    No, it is not accepted. The Eiffel Tower is not affiliated with the "Réunion des Musées Nationaux" (French National Museum Alliance).

     
  • Are people in wheelchairs able to access the Tower?

    Yes, up until the second floor. For security reasons, they are not able to access the top.

     
  • Are pushchairs allowed on the Eiffel Tower?

    They are only permitted if they can be folded up.
    Please note: there is no locker room.

     
  • Are pets allowed on the Tower?

    Pets are not allowed to access the monument, apart from guide dogs for the blind.

     
  • Do press journalists benefit from preferential access?

    No specific access is provided to journalists visiting in their private capacity. However, please contact the press department for any reporting requests.

     
  • Are you allowed to publish photos of the Eiffel Tower?

    The views from the Eiffel Tower are rights-free. Permission and rights must be obtained from the "Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel" (the Operating Company, or SETE) for the publication of photos of the illuminated Eiffel Tower.

     
  • Is it possible to celebrate a wedding on the Eiffel Tower?

    Only business events may be organised in the reception hall of the Eiffel Tower (except for family-type events). However, a meal may be booked at one of the two restaurants on the monument:
    "58 Tour Eiffel", a restaurant located on the first floor. "Le Jules Verne", a gourmet restaurant located on the second floor.
    Why not declare your undying love at the Champagne Bar at the top, with a glass in hand?
