In the event that online tickets are unavailable, tickets will still be on sale directly at the Eiffel Tower’s ticket offices

Thank you for coming at the visitation hour that you’ve selected

If you are later than 30 minutes, access to the tower may be denied.

To access the Eiffel Tower, you must present your electronic ticket (not just your reservation number, which will not be accepted):

Either printed legibly onto A4 paper

Including your name, first name, and information related to the chosen product, in particular the barcode and its number.

Or by displaying the barcode on your mobile phone.

Careful, some smartphones are not suited to this task

pickpocket

For a successful visit

During your visit, pickpockets may be operating around the esplanade of the Eiffel Tower and on the building’s floors.

Be particularly attentive:

  • in queues on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor;
  • at the information point on the ground floor;
  • in the elevators;
  • in the official Eiffel Tower stores.

Here are a few guidelines for you to follow:

  • close your bags and hold them in front of you;
  • do not show your money;
  • put your money in several inner pockets or in several different compartments in your bag;
  • do not put your wallet in your back pockets;
  • do not listen to advice from strangers at ticket machines;
  • pay attention to your bags and pockets when you are taking photos;
  • ask a security guard for help in the case of a problem.

You may consult a document by the Paris Police Authorities, "Paris in complete safety" which informs you about all types of theft and also provides a list of useful numbers.
