The Tourism Groups and Professionals Department can assist you in preparing your visits to the Eiffel Tower.
Access to the monument via the stairs does not require a prior booking (rates for the stairs entrance ticket). Tickets are issued directly at the monument’s counters, for immediate use.
INFORMATION :Tickets allowing access to the top floor for organised visits cannot be bought in advance between 3 January and 3 February 2017 inclusive.
“Top Floor Option” tickets can be bought on the second floor depending on the weather.
How does the reception of groups work?
With your first purchase, you will have automatically created a client account accessible by using your mobile telephone number and a password that you have chosen.
Then, for your next purchases, you can identify yourself before starting your purchase.
You can also view your previous transactions for the past 3 months, as well as your upcoming visits.
You can print your payment confirmations and tickets if required.
If you print several copies of a ticket, we inform you that once scanned at the entrance to the Eiffel Tower, no other copy of this ticket will be accepted at the check point.

Groups must comprise at least 10 persons, excluding children under 4 years of age, and they must arrive on the same floor by lift at the same time.

School establishments benefit from specific payment terms and conditions
Payment may be made by cheque if the booking is made at least 15 days prior to the visit. If you have chosen to make payment by sending a cheque or making payment at a bank teller, confirmation of the order is sent to you by mail. Payment must be received by the Eiffel Tower’s operating company ("Société d’Exploitation de la tour Eiffel") at the latest 8 days following placement of the booking. In the case of payment by cheque, the tickets will not be sent to you, you will only be able to collect them on site.
supporting documentation is required to confirm the status of the school group. It could be an attestation from the Head of the school establishment or a Youth and Sport authorisation number.
