The 1st-floor brasserie, fully renovated, redone and now going by the name of Madame Brasserie, will open its doors at the end of May with two Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx at the helm.

The talented designer Ramy Fischler and architect Nicola Delon have created an interior with a modern, inspiring design, opting for natural, eco-friendly materials. Madame Brasserie aims to be open to Paris and the world: through huge windows, contemplate the city, the Seine and Trocadero, or study the heart of the Tower’s structure.
A new-generation Parisian brasserie, Madame Brasserie was created as a lively hub: the perfect setting for any meal, from breakfast to dinner, and for any occasion.
Contemporary, sustainable cuisine
On your plate you will find modern, responsible cuisine as part of a sustainability-oriented approach, created with local, seasonal products and showcased by Thierry Marx.
The menu features dishes created by chef Thierry Marx, displaying his expertise and his vision of a new kind of brasserie-style cuisine to surprise your tastebuds: like the delicious blue lobster with quinoa from the Artisans Guild* with seasonal vegetables and herbs, or the Jaune Fermière chicken cannelloni gratin, with spinach, Ile-de-France ricotta and Marengo jus.
Madame Brasserie is sure to bring the finishing touch to the out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experiences offered at the Eiffel Tower, following the opening of the Michelin-starred The Jules Verne restaurant in 2019 and the exclusive Pierre Hermé macarons launched in late 2020. It marks the Tower’s position as an exceptional culinary venue!
*Created on Thierry Marx’s initiative, the Eiffel Tower Artisans Guild is a network of artisan caterers from Paris and the Ile-de-France region who have remarkable expertise and have made a commitment to an eco-responsible and sustainable approach. Some products (Les Deux Gourmands, Mange Tes Graines, cheese from the Ferme de la Tremblaye and wine from Chai de la Tour Eiffel) are already available at the Eiffel Tower’s restaurants and takeaway food stands.
