Welcome onto our official website dedicated to tourism professionals
You will find thereafter all the necessary information and contacts details in order to organize your visits at the Eiffel Tower.
Buy your tickets online, in advance
As a tourism professional, you need to be able to schedule your visits in advance.
The access to this ticketing website is subject to conditions such as, in particular, the status of our professional customers as tourism professionals, and specific obligations in terms of quality of service for Visitors, while respecting the unique and exceptional character of the Eiffel Tower, its history and its heritage.
Our ticketing website dedicated to professionals enables you to purchase tickets for a lift access with a reservation of date and time of visit for services going beyond simple access to the Eiffel Tower (guided or accompanied tours obligatory) for access to the 2nd floor or summit.
Sales open at the earliest 90 days before the date of the visit from midday (Paris time).
Due to the configuration of the Eiffel Tower and the accessibility rules that apply to it, on the one hand, and its exceptional and exponential appeal, on the other, the demand for Access tickets is increasingly greater than the supply, which is necessarily limited.
This site gives you access to the online ticketing website but does not guarantee ticket availability.
The stairs tickets are to be bought from the Monument’s tickets office for an immediate use, in presence of your group.
General Terms of Sale and Visit regulations.
We invite you to proceed with a request for an account opening for your structure on our ticketing website in order to be able, once your account confirmed, to buy your time-stamped tickets for your clients, according to our availabilities.
We recommend you to realize your request for opening your account at least 4 months before the date of your visit.

Visitor's itinerary
There are 2 entrances in the gardens to reach the Eiffel Tower’s esplanade: the entrance 1 (South) and the entrance 2 (East), which does give you a chance to explore the recently landscaped gardens. You will pass through the first security checks at these entrances.
Tip: to save some time, please prefer the entrance 2 (East) in the gardens, which is often less crowded.
You will be able to use the queue « visitors with tickets » only if you have bought your tickets in advance on our online ticketing.
Ticket resale requires your customers to be accompanied by a physical representative, at least, up to the 2nd floor. The Eiffel Tower tickets sale without an additional service is not authorized. Your clients must be accompanied by a guide or an escort who must be clearly identified by a visible logo or business card. We do not charge speaking fees.
In order to access the elevator, after the security checks, please go with your clients and your printed e-tickets to the EAST or WEST pillar. The group will need to have the tickets clearly printed (1 ticket per page) on A4 format, with the complete barcode (not reduced).
Access the « visitors with tickets » entrance, marked with a green flag, at the latest at the time indicated on the ticket to get to the tickets check point. Guides need to be in possession with a valid adult ticket. Access to this point is granted according to the arrival order of the whole group in possession of tickets for the ongoing time slot.
Because of the structure of the Eiffel Tower, visits must begin on the highest floor.
For a visit to the top of the Eiffel tower, your clients, accompanied by a guide or an escort must go to the elevator access for the top, located on the upper platform on the 2nd floor as soon as your arrive at the 2nd floor. It is not authorized to make a stop to the 2nd floor at this stage of the visit.
On the way down, we recommend you to visit the lower floors, giving you the opportunity to benefit from historical and cultural contents on our Monument. The 1st floor in particular will allow you to discover our glass floor as well as the cultural path, our terrace and a large souvenir shop.
