On March 31, 1889 was held the official opening of the Eiffel Tower.
125 years later, the Eiffel Tower is celebrating this anniversary by honoring the year 1900, a significant year in its history that sees the monument modernizing and embracing new technologies of the time.
True to its tradition of modernity, the monument remains rooted in his time and it is online that the event takes place!
The Eiffel Tower offers an immersive virtual dive in 1900 and a public digital quiz on its Facebook page, in partnership with the Petit Palais and the "Paris 1900, the City of entertainment" exhibition.
