Summer Terrace 2026: Shade, Reflections, and Views of Paris

The first-floor summer terrace is transforming into a must-visit Parisian rooftop!

The first-floor summer terrace welcomes you starting this June and throughout the summer with the theme of “intersecting reflections.” Open to all our visitors, stop by this vast, unparalleled space: shaded, green areas with comfortable seating await you under pergolas. The decor, designed around the theme of mirror reflections and the view, offers you a unique kaleidoscopic journey in an atmosphere worthy of a Parisian rooftop.

A welcoming spot 60 meters above the ground to relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the view of Paris!

Flavors and Freshness

The central bar offers an extensive menu of drinks and snacks, including the Eiffel Tower’s signature cocktail, “La vie en fleurs” (cherry blossom, strawberry purée, Chandon Spritz, lemon, sparkling water), as well as refreshing natural herbal teas made with hibiscus and mint, and original lemonades made with cucumber and green apple… On the terrace, an artisanal ice cream shop also offers a variety of ice cream flavors to enjoy.

Let yourself be tempted by the “La vie en rose” photo booth to capture this timeless moment: with its mirrored backdrop, it’s specially designed for selfies!

Sports broadcasts on the big screen!

And throughout the summer, various events will be offered. It all starts in June, with a big screen set up on the terrace to broadcast live:

  • World Cup soccer matches between June 11 and July 19: matches broadcast in the late afternoon, starting at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., or 9 p.m.
  • Tour de France cycling stages from July 5 to 27: daytime stages broadcast live starting at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., or 1 p.m., depending on the official schedule

Additional events will be announced soon.

Visiting the Eiffel Tower in the Summer: Our Tips

If you haven’t yet booked your tickets for this peak season (June, July, August), here are a few tips for purchasing your tickets and visiting the monument under the best conditions:

  • If you haven’t found any tickets available online (e-tickets for the summit sell out quickly): don’t panic—the Eiffel Tower also sells tickets on-site at the monument’s ticket counters on the day of your visit for immediate entry.
  • Opt for an evening visit starting at 8 p.m., as the Eiffel Tower is open late into the evening: you’ll enjoy fewer crowds, cooler temperatures, and a more magical atmosphere thanks to the sunsets and the tower’s unique lighting!
