As part of efforts to improve flow management and guarantee the safety and quality of visitor reception, the S.E.T.E. (Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel) announces that from 29 September 2026, ticket sales at the ticket office, for both elevators and stairs, will no longer be authorised for groups.
From this date, any group of more than nine people, including the guide, must purchase tickets online, regardless of the access mode chosen. Splitting groups at the ticket office is strictly prohibited. A guide may accompany only one group of up to eight visitors at a time, per 30-minute slot. Please note that professional assistance limited to help at the ticket office is not permitted.
Dedicated web platform for professionals
Tourism professionals wishing to book group visits must use exclusively the dedicated platform ticketpro.toureiffel.paris and submit a contract request. Processing these requests requires approximately two months, so relevant companies are invited to start their procedures from May 4, 2026.
Tickets for visits from 29 September 2026 will be available online for sale starting 2 July 2026.
Furthermore, any guided or accompanied visit is mandatory at least up to the second floor.
It is also reminded that purchase at the ticket office remains strictly for immediate use and is subject to current operating conditions; therefore, any advance resale of tickets, regardless of the medium, is strictly prohibited.
