Discover how to come to the tower
Are you planning a visit to the Eiffel Tower and have questions about how to buy your tickets, our pricing, how to get to the Tower, and what you can do once you get there? In this FAQ we try to answer all of your questions. Enter a key word to search, or choose one of the four different subjects.
The Eiffel Tower offers a reduced price for disabled visitors, including blind people. A Personal Disability Identification Card will be requested in order to confirm this reduction.
This price is accessible on our online ticketing site when booking the date and time of the visit. You will be given special access when you arrive at the tower by showing your Personal Disability Identification Card to a member of staff.
Please note that for safety reasons, visitors with reduced mobility or crutches are not allowed to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Any visitor with a disability who has a normal mobility can go to the top.
