I can't log on to my account, what should I do?

If you can't log onto your account, please follow this procedure: 

Open the online ticket office : http://ticket.toureiffel.fr

Click on the "Forgotten password" link under the "MY ACCOUNT" on the right of the screen,

Enter your mobile telephone number (without country dialling code, spaces, dots or dashes) and your country, SUBMIT,

You will receive a text message containing a modification code and a new page with a form will open,

Enter your mobile telephone number, your modification code, your new password (a minimum of 8 characters),

SUBMIT.

You can now log onto your account:

Return to the online ticket office: http://ticket.toureiffel.fr,

Fill in the form in the “MY ACCOUNT”, space on the right of the screen.
