I've lost something, what do I do?

Please feel free to contact us if you lose something. We have a dedicated service which will do its utmost to help you. You can contact us at the following number 01 44 11 24 22 or send an e-mail to [email protected] for information on whether your "property" has been recovered.

If you realise you've lost something during your visit, we suggest you contact one of our members of staff or go to the administrative offices in the North pillar of the Eiffel Tower. These offices are open every day (including Saturdays and Sundays) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
