Questions involving My ticket

I made a mistake when entering my name (or inversed my first name and surname) what should I do?

When you purchase your tickets you are asked to state the surname and first name of each visitor. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your payment is registered confirming the information you have validated. If you discover a mistake when you receive your confirmation email please contact us by email at the following address: [email protected] so we can make the necessary modifications

You should attach the following to your email: The Purchase confirmation email and a copy of the identity card or passport.
