Questions involving My ticket
"Stairs" tickets to the second floor are not sold online. You can buy them directly from the ticket offices at the Tower on the day you visit at the individual rate for immediate entry. The rates are €10 for adults, € 5 for 12-24 year olds and €2.5 for 4-11 year olds, and disabled people on presentation of the personal disability card.
"Stairs + lift" tickets to the top are not sold online either. They can be purchased only on the day of you visit from the ticket offices. The rates are €19 for adults, €9.5 for 12-24 year olds and €4.8 for 4-11 year olds, and disabled people on presentation of the Disabled Person Identification Card.
Visitors in receipt of Income Support can obtain free entry by presenting a valid Income Support certificate (antedated less than 6 months).
For safety reasons, disabled people are not allowed to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
